This page explains how to request deletion of your Siftmind account and the data associated with it.
How to delete your account
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open Siftmind and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
- Your account and associated data are deleted immediately, and you are signed out.
Option 2 — By email
If you no longer have access to the app, send a request to [email protected]:
- Email [email protected] from the email address you use to sign in to Siftmind.
- Use the subject line Account deletion request.
- In the message, state that you want your Siftmind account deleted and include the email address (or user ID) linked to the account.
We will confirm receipt and may ask you to verify that you own the account. Verified requests are processed within 30 days, and we send a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- your account and sign-in credentials (email address, user ID, authentication data);
- your profile information, app settings and preferences;
- your library, saved content, progress and activity history;
- usage and analytics data linked to your account.
